It's simple physics. To pop a cap, you need rigid metal and a precise fulcrum point. We reinforce the critical "stress zones" to ensure your opener lasts a lifetime.
The functional gap. We precision-mill this area to standard cap dimensions (approx 26mm). The edges are hardened to grip the cap firmly without slipping.
Thickness matters. A thin opener bends under torque. We cast ours at a minimum of 3.0mm thickness to provide a solid, unbending handle.
