Will usage ruin the design?

It's a tool slamming against steel caps. Over time, yes, the contact point will show wear. We call them 'battle scars'. To keep it looking good, we recommend Antique Finishes (Gold/Silver/Copper), which hide scratches naturally and look better with age.

Where should I put the hole?

Don't just punch a hole in a logo. Make it part of the art. Use a character's open mouth, the lens of sunglasses, or a geometric window. The standard opening is about 26mm wide , so plan your design around that negative space.

Not ours. Cheap openers are stamped from thin steel. We die-cast ours from molten Zinc Alloy at a minimum of 3.0mm thickness. You would need a hydraulic press to bend one of these.

Can I make it magnetic?

Yes! We can recess strong rare-earth magnets into the back. This turns your opener into a functional fridge magnet. It's great for branding because it stays in the kitchen at eye level, not hidden in a drawer.

What is the best plating?

We usually recommend Antique Silver or Gold . Since bottle openers are heavy-duty tools, the textured antique finish looks rugged and hides fingerprints and scratches much better than a shiny, polished finish.
