How We Work

Send Your Idea

Fill out our quote form. We accept everything from vector files to rough napkin sketches. If you don't have artwork, just describe it—we will help visualize it for you.

Approve Proof

Within 24 hours, you get a digital proof showing exact size, plating, and Pantone colors. We offer unlimited revisions. We don't start production until you say "Yes."

Production

Once approved, we cut the mold and hand-fill the enamel. This is a multi-step craft that typically takes 10-15 business days depending on the complexity of your design.

QA & Delivery

We inspect every pin for defects, handle any packaging assembly, and ship via express courier (FedEx/DHL). You'll receive a tracking number the moment it leaves our factory.

File Formats

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred because they scale without losing quality. If you only have raster images, that's okay too!

  • Best: .AI, .EPS, .PDF (Vector)
  • Good: .PNG, .JPG (300dpi)
  • Accepted: Hand sketches

Color Matching

We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) Solid Coated. Screens (RGB) display colors differently than physical enamel.

  • We match your art to nearest PMS
  • Max recommended colors: 4-8
  • Gradient colors require Offset Print

Lines & Details

Enamel pins need thin metal walls to hold the color. If lines are too thin, they might break or not hold the enamel.

  • Min line thickness: 0.2mm
  • Min text height: 5pt (2mm)
  • Simplify complex details
