Our standard minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per design. However, for independent artists or special test batches, we offer a low MOQ of just 30 pieces to help you get started without over-investing.

What is the standard turnaround time?

Once you approve the digital proof, standard production takes 10-15 business days . Complex pins (like sliders or hinged pins) may take an extra week. Air Express shipping typically adds 3-5 days to your door.

Do you accept School or Government Purchase Orders (POs)?

Yes! We work with hundreds of schools and institutions. We accept official Purchase Orders (POs) with Net-30 terms. Just email it to us, and we can begin production immediately.

Do I have to pay the mold fee again for reorders?

No! We keep your custom molds on file for 2 years . If you reorder the exact same design within that timeframe, you pay $0 mold fees , significantly lowering your unit cost.

Can I see a physical sample before mass production?

Yes. For bulk orders over 500 pieces, we recommend a pre-production sample . We will mold one piece and send you high-res photos (or ship it) for approval before running the full batch.

What happens if my pins arrive damaged or have defects?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction . If your pins arrive with manufacturing defects or damage, simply contact us within 7 days. We will either remake the defective pins for free or issue a full refund. Your peace of mind is our priority.

Do you offer free shipping? Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer Free Air Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS) to the USA, Canada, and most European countries, which usually takes 3-5 days. We also ship internationally and support APO/FPO military addresses.

What payment methods do you accept? Are there hidden setup fees?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and official School/Government Purchase Orders (POs). Our quotes are 100% transparent —the price you see includes mold fees, production, and shipping. There are absolutely no hidden setup fees.

Do I need vector artwork, or can you work from a sketch?

We prefer vector formats (.AI, .EPS, .PDF). However, if you only have a napkin sketch, PNG, or JPG, our design team will redraw it into production-ready vector artwork for free .

How do you ensure color accuracy?

We use the Pantone Solid Coated (PMS C) matching system. We match your digital colors with over 95% accuracy and will provide the exact PMS codes on your digital proof for your approval.

My logo has gradients and shadows. Can you reproduce that?

Traditional enamel requires solid colors. If your design features gradients, fading, or photographic details, we use Offset Printed Pins or UV Printing to capture your exact art flawlessly.

Do I own the rights to my design?

Yes. You retain 100% ownership of your artwork and mold. We act solely as your manufacturing partner and will never sell or reproduce your designs for third parties.

How do I know what size to choose for my pin?

As a general rule: Simple logos work best at 1 inch . Designs with text or characters are ideal at 1.25 to 1.5 inches . For highly detailed art, challenge coins, or specialty pins (like sliders), we recommend 1.5 to 2 inches or larger.

What is the main difference between Hard Enamel and Soft Enamel?

Soft Enamel has recessed paint and raised metal lines, giving it a textured, 3D feel. Hard Enamel is filled, baked, and polished perfectly flat, resulting in a smooth, jewelry-quality surface.

Which pin style is more durable and scratch-resistant?

Hard Enamel is the most durable. Its polished, flat surface resists scratching exceptionally well. It is the gold standard for items that see heavy wear, like keychains and backpacks.

What is the difference between Brass and Zinc Alloy?

Brass is heavier and traditional, ideal for simple 2D pins. Zinc Alloy is injected as liquid metal, allowing for extreme 3D detail, internal cut-outs, and complex mechanical parts.

Can I get black metal plating with Hard Enamel?

For Hard Enamel, we use Black Nickel plating (a dark, shiny gunmetal). We cannot use true 'Dyed Black' metal because the hard enamel polishing process removes the dye. For true matte black, choose Soft Enamel.

Sandblast vs. Antique Finish: Which is better for no-color pins?

Sandblasting creates a matte, frosted background that makes raised shiny logos pop. Antique Finishing darkens the recessed areas for a vintage, high-contrast look. Both are excellent for die-struck coins and awards.

Will the slider piece fall out of my slider pin?

Not a chance. We mechanically lock the moving piece into the track using a 'T-shaped' stud from the back. It glides smoothly but cannot be pulled out.

Does the spinner pin actually spin freely?

Yes. We calibrate the central rivet to the 'Sweet Spot'—loose enough to spin with a quick flick, but tight enough so the layers don't rattle. We also use two back posts so the pin itself doesn't rotate on your jacket.

Will the hinge on a hinged pin get loose or break?

We use a reinforced barrel hinge specifically built for movement. It’s designed to swing open and closed thousands of times without snapping. You can also add magnetic closures to keep it snapped shut.

What makes Pin-on-Pin different from a standard 3D pin?

Standard 3D pins are cast from one mold (soft slopes). A Pin-on-Pin consists of two separate pieces permanently riveted together, giving you sharp edges, distinct layer separation, and the ability to mix different metal platings.

Will the bobble head spring break or rust?

We don't use glue. We use a strong solder joint to attach the spring at both ends. Furthermore, the high-tensile spring is plated to match the rest of your pin, preventing rust and looking premium.

Can I personalize each pin/buckle with a different name?

Yes. For awards or sports teams, we can mold a blank ribbon area and use Laser Engraving to add individual names, player numbers, or dates without needing separate molds.

Do you offer custom backing cards?

Yes! Custom Backing Cards are highly recommended for retail and fundraising. We print them in full color. You can include your branding, pricing, UPC barcodes, or a QR code linking to your website.

What packaging do you recommend for awards and gifts?
