Will the charm fall off easily?

Where does the hole go on my design?

Don't stress about the mechanics. We mold a tiny integrated loop into the bottom of your main design. We place it where it's strongest but least intrusive. Just send us your art, and we'll show you exactly where it goes.

Can the charm be a different color/metal?

Yes. Since the main pin and the charm are made separately, you can mix metals. For example, a Gold main pin with a Silver charm creates a premium contrast.

Does it make noise when I walk?

A little bit, and that's part of the appeal. It has a subtle metallic clink when you move, similar to charm bracelets. Most customers love this sensory detail.

Can I hang more than one charm?

Technically yes, but we recommend one or two charms per loop. Too many can tangle and may scratch each other. Keeping it simple helps the charms sway freely.
