Does it actually spin well, or is it stiff?

It spins freely. We calibrate the central rivet to find the sweet spot—loose enough to spin with a quick flick of your finger, but tight enough so the layers don't rattle or feel cheap.

Will the whole pin spin around on my jacket?

We always weld two posts on the back to lock it in place. Spinner pins should not be made with only one back post, because the torque from spinning can make the whole pin rotate on fabric.

Will the center rivet ruin my design?

The rivet head is small (about 2–3mm) and is usually polished to match the metal plating. Most designs incorporate it naturally, like the center of a flower, a wheel hub, or a focal point in the artwork.

Can I choose which layer spins?

Yes. You can do a spinning top layer (most common, like an arrow) or a spinning back layer (like a large wheel behind a character). Tell us your vision and we’ll engineer the layers accordingly.

Is it suitable for intricate designs?

Yes. We typically use zinc alloy (die casting) for spinner pins because it’s strong and holds sharp details. This helps keep moving parts precise so they don’t rub against each other.
